Your money and securities are held in segregated brokerage accounts with international brokers that Atlas Capital works with. The Fund’s money and securities are held with a prime broker.
Atlas Capital has no restrictions on working with non-residents. Non-residents undergo the same compliance procedures as residents, including KYC, AML, PEP, and sanctions lists.
Clients can fund their brokerage accounts from any jurisdiction that is not subject to sanctions. The Fund can also accept funds from abroad, provided all necessary verification procedures are completed.
It is not possible to withdraw funds to a third party.
