Mr. Gumbatov is a recognized expert in asset management and co-founded Quantum Capital, where he led the development of an innovative investment strategy. This experience contributed to significant success and recognition in the market. Previously, from 2016 to 2019, he held key leadership positions at the investment company Freedom Finance, where he also established himself as an outstanding leader and strategist. Thanks to his extensive experience and professionalism, he has earned a reputation as one of the leading executives in his field, which laid the foundation for the creation of the Atlas Capital management company.
With over 10 years of experience in insurance, Mr. Antonnikov was responsible for developing regional divisions and insurance products at companies such as KSJ Nomad-Life, SK Eurasia, and KSJ Halyk-Life.
With over 10 years of experience in capital management, Mr. Akhmedov has managed assets at Quantum Capital, Bolashaq Investments, and Halyk Finance (up to $600 million). He has also developed financial machine learning at the National Bank of Kazakhstan, the investment startup Enjine, and the Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB). Co-author of the Atlas Capital investment strategy.
With over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, IT projects, and software development, Mr. Antonnikov is a serial entrepreneur. His startup IDM SYSTEM successfully went through an accelerator in Silicon Valley, Cupertino, California, in 2017.
