Changes to the Atlas Prime Fund**

(Dear Clients, the updated versions of the Placement Materials and Constitution of the Fund will take effect on September 1, 2024. 

The changes include:

1. The investment strategy has been updated to "Macro-balanced quality" and added to Appendix 1 of the Placement Materials;
2. Clarifications and updates have been made to the wording, and duplicative provisions have been removed.  

These changes are designed to benefit Shareholders and make the Fund’s operations more transparent and fair.  

No action is required from your side.
